Terms of service.

Tables will be held for 15 minutes from the time of booking.

If you are running late, you must contact us within 15 minutes from the time of booking, otherwise your table will be forfeited.

All seating requests will be taken into consideration but are not guaranteed.
Sitting times apply to all reservations, These vary everyday, so please enquire availability.

Please advise the restaurant prior to arrival of any allergies or specific dietary requirements and we will endeavour to cater your request however not guaranteed.

If you are unable to honour your reservation, you must cancel your booking 24 hours in advance. To cancel, please call us directly or cancel through your email confirmation.
All paid deposits payments are non-refundable or non-transferrable once cancelled within 24 hour period.

Please note that during special or peak operation periods we may require advance payments or deposits and/or store card details where required.
If you have booked a promotion - please take note of any specific terms and conditions for that promotion.

Public holiday surcharge of 15% applies on all public holidays.
Credit card surcharges apply on all bookings.

No pets are permitted on the premise. Service animals permitted.

RSA rules and policies apply to all bookings and any inappropriately/disturbing or causing harm to other guests or staff will be asked to leave the premise immediately and will have their payment forfeited.
